Hey. My name is Ben Knapp. I haven't always been able to do what I love, but after 13 years in the car audio industry where I built custom show cars and accessories out of wood and fiberglass, I became more burned out than ever. Although I knew I was done with that career, my love of wood working grew, I gained invaluable skills, and I was inspired to create useful art.
Early on, I was introduced to wood working by my carpenter-artist father. My grandfather, who retired from the army, owned a body shop, which is where I found my love of classic cars that currently influences the automotive flare in some of my designs. I consider myself a craftsman and love creating something spectacular from simple every-day, natural materials.
After many years around Waco, I had the opportunity to come to Fort Worth where my designs and services have been in high demand. I love seeing my clients' faces when they finally have that amazing custom piece for their home or office, and I appreciate their support of my business and art.
